POWER BERRY SMOOTHIE
ingredients:
- 1 banana, ripe, peeled, and cut up into chunks
- 1/2 c. blueberries
- 1/2 c. strawberries and raspberries
- 1 1/2 c. choice of milk: skim or low-fat milk, soy, hemp, rice
- 1/4 c. flax meal (powder)
- 2 t. flax oil
- 2 t. honey
- Add yogurt as preferred
instructions:
Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. This recipe makes 2 - 10 oz servings.
