1 banana, ripe, peeled, and cut up into chunks
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. strawberries and raspberries
1 1/2 c. choice of milk: skim or low-fat milk, soy, hemp, rice
1/4 c. flax meal (powder)
2 t. flax oil
2 t. honey
Add yogurt as preferred
instructions:
Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. This recipe makes 2 - 10 oz servings.
Well, just follow my lead. and your thighs and upper arms, will look excellent like harmonizing barbells without the weights. I mean you can tread the mill with your arms lifted 90* and punch "Hill"!
