I remember when I was a little girl and how the family make a fuzz going to the nearby white sanded beach in Molo, Panay Island .... and because we rejoice with a joyful anticipation as my Mama Lyds prepare the Sunday's best meal.

It was pork cooked with fermented tofu from the Chinese store downtown.  She sprinkle some fresh cilantro leaves and some black beans!  yes, oh yummm!
